Balmerol Autoplex BLGX is a premium quality long life lithium grease formulated with a specially designed soap system, high viscosity index base oil and carefully balanced synergistic additives for lubrication under heavy loads and intermittent high temperatures. The soap system incorporated in the grease enables it to retain its structure even under severe temperatures and high loads, thereby reducing leakage and enhancing component life through extension of relubrication intervals.It is non-ageing and highly resistant to cold and hot water, heat, dust, rust, corrosion and oxidation

Balmerol Synthplex 2 is a premium quality synthetic grease for extra heavy duty applications. It is based on highly shear stable Li-Complex soap thickener and a blend of high quality synthetic hydrocarbon base stocks. The unique physical properties of the synthetic base fluid attribute an excellent low and high temperature performance to the grease. The Li-complex soap thickener offers outstanding high temperature capabilities and high degree of mechanical stability for prolonged usage.The selected additive combination protects the bearing components from rust, wear, corrosion and improves the oxidation stability of the lubricant for long life performance.

These greases are formulated with high quality paraffinic base oils and are fortified with balanced Oxidation and Rust Inhibitors. Balmerol Liprex EP greases possess excellent shear stability under heavy duty service, have excellent water tolerance and are adaptable to normal grease dispensing systems including centralized lubrication systems. It meets IS: 7623-1993 (EP Type) and IPSS: 1-09-005 specification.
